Welcome to my MAET reflection blog. This blog is meant to serve as a reflection of my experiences in my CEP courses, as part of the Educational Technology Master's program at Michigan State University.
I particularly loved the idea of creating a SmartBoard library of resources - what a wonderful way to collaborate on shared curriculum challenges. Best of luck as you continue to inspire and encourage other teachers in your district in your technology leadership role. Please keep in touch - I'm extremely interested in learning how your Wicked project turns out. I would love to set up some sort of forum where we can exchange ideas - perhaps video Skype calls between our two classrooms. We have Skyped with both 1st graders and 5th graders in the past, as a part of my global Alien Adventure project. Thoughts?
Megan, That was a great presentation of your professional and personal goals. It was good to hear about all the new technology you discovered by taking these courses and what you were able to implement this year already in your classroom. You did a nice job highlighting the significance of TPACK in our course studies and what you plan to do with it in your profession. Good luck with your continued effort on your Wicked Problem Project during next school year. PS. What technology did you use to create your plan? Was it Prezi? Very enjoyable to watch! Thanks for sharing and for all your helpful comments this semester. Have a great rest of your summer. -Lindsay
Thanks for the comments. I did use Prezi for my project. I had never used it before, so I thought I would give it a whirl. I loved it, but have much to learn about it!
Sue, I would love to keep in touch with you in regards to the continuation of my Wicked Problem Project. I am very excited to continue it and would love to share my results/swap ideas with you next year! :-)
